Okay so I hired this lawfirm in Jan. Besides the initial conversation I never spoke with my attorney. It is April. Communication was horrible. I don't know what has been done or not. I relinquished this lawfirm. Come to find out my attorney left the practice and I wasn't even notified. I found out when looking for another attorney. Which I found. Unless your looking at big bucks I don't feel this lawfirm cares. Definitely not recommending this lawfirm to ANYONE. Go to a family firm where they actually care about the person and not the payout.

worst service ever! utilized live chat that transferred me to someone who barely spoke English. I had to call back and go through the whole situation again and she blamed me for having to go through the situation again! Don't they save notes? Then i finally get an attorney and provide my situation with my mother present who was hit by a subcontracted city worker with concrete trailer / truck and she is now paraplegic. After consulted with a "senior" attorney they declined the case. In my opinion big law firms "cherry pick" cases that go to litigation. They have lost the whole reason they chose to be an attorney - represent those that are injured regardless if it goes to litigation or not. Karma will come around. but for now don't chose these guys!!!

Dezarae and her team of professionals with Frank Azar & Associates helped me recover a fair settlement from a devastating car accident, of which I was not at fault. I got sandwiched with two cars on November 1st 2022 and I called Frank Azar thinking I will get a good lawyer. Wrong I have been messed with untill now and the case is not solved. They don't know what they are doing I wish I read their reviews. I have been assigned at least three People one after the other and the lady handling my case had been frustrating me and I have been contacted with other people from the same firm to send messages who don't know anything about my case. It has been a nightmare and this week alone I have tried to reach my lawyer Emily and finally being contacted after I sent a message not to represent me if she can't answer my phone calls. Our conversation ended with no positive result and I have been contactEd by another person, the caller I'd indicates Shawn the person sending the message Is Rgiah, asking me if I would be interested in deposition by Zoom. Mind you this is after I told Emily to drop my case earlier today. Oh there has been 3-4 deposition appointments given to me in the past which ended up with being canceled.

My suggestion to anyone is find yourself a better lawyer this firm is NOT good any more. They might have been good 20 years ago but now check their reviews and judge for yourselves or you contact them and judge for yourself!

Let me adjust this rating to what is reflective of my gross experience with this firm.
Firstly, I would not wish a car crash - these are not accidents when someone barrels into the back of your vehicle - on anyone.
When you are alone, the day before Thanksgiving, you cannot phathom how excruciating adding this experience on top of everything can feels.
Long short of this - my vehicle was totaled. I spent my holidays - and the next 2 years recooperating without insurance.
My 1st lawyer quits a few weeks into my case.
My 2nd lawyer casually went on vaca without relaying it to his clients, NOR did anyone cover for him.
I received drips of miniscule offers to settle, that wound up totaling $6K after Azar took their beef of the amount - all of this went into selling my house because I could not manage.
I got NOTHING from this old geezer driving with an expired license - HIS 2nd OFFENSE FOR SAME THING.
AZAR DOES NOTHING UNLESS U HAVE HUGE MEDICAL/HOSPITAL BILLS.

Ryan hoover was very professional and his assistant I would recommend this law firm to everyone. My injury was painful and they did a great job.always on top of my case thank you very much

They are the worst attorneys around if you are hurt in an accident go local stay clear of these Attorneys they take cases for the money and shuffle you around have secretary's talk to you who aren't even paralegals and when you do get an attorney they hang up on the call because they don't want to hear what you have to say when it comes to your case after all they work for you these people act as if its about money no its about you doing the job you claim to do stay clear of them they pretend to care about review when you leave a bad one they call you and hang up because you tell them how bad they were they are a joke
